I went back to page 1 of this thread to read the greetings over the years. There are messages from members no longer with us, yet their words are still sending greetings.....a worth while read..

Hope everybody had a good one. Hey, James Wood, it's been a while.

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Merry Christmas 2016 everybody!

Thanks ewest for the reminder about this old thread. Seems appropriate to resurrect it for all to enjoy the greetings from the past and add a few new ones if so inclined.

Happy Holidays everybody. Be safe!

Happy Holidays, including Christmas, Hanuka, and others as appropriate for your beliefs. It appears that this thread has preempted the 2016 "Merry Christmas" thread.

Merry Christmas everyone! Hope to meet more of you all in the next year. Thanks to many for all the great advice I've received here. I'm sure our little pond is a lot better than it would have been, if it weren't for many of you all.
(I just got the renewal notice for PB magazine. I will renew!)

9 yr old pond, 1 ac, 15' deep.
RES, YP, GS, FHM (no longer), HBG (going away), SMB, and HSB (only one seen in 5 yrs) Restocked HSB (2020) Have seen one of these.
I think that's about all I should put in my little pond.

I intended to express my holiday wishes, but became confused when I discovered two threads dealing with the same thing. Now I'm afraid of posting anything for fear of alienating the thread that I don't post in....the stress is terrible. So much for glad tidings I suppose.

Ah, just kidding....Merry Christmas everyone!!!

And we surmise that: BG(>)HBG(F1) while GSF(<)HBG(F1)
Would it hold true that: HBG(F1)(+)AM500(x)q.d.(=)1.5lbGRWT?
PB answer: It depends.

I'm curious at the discrepancy between 2300 'registered' and 14,000 'members' Is there a way more of the 'members' can become 'registered'? Do we know how many unique users log in at least once a year? Are there truly 13,000+ lurkers? Or are accounts 'deregistered' once there is no logins after so many years?

I add my hearty holiday greetings to all as well and hope all things water related go well for you in the year to come.

CC,

Debra King's post is from 2005 so there must have only been about 2300 members back then...
