Not sure why but i found 2 bass floating dead in my pond. Its a year old pond, and i put 5 bass about 1lb. in there 6 months ago. I recently stocked it with fingerlings; (bass, bluegill, fatheads)a week later we had heavy rain so i wasnt able to got out and check on the pond, then after the heavy rains is when i discovered the 2 dead bass. Any idea how this could happen to two fish at the same time?

You didn't say whether the bass were large or fingerlings. If fingerlings, I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it's larger fish, pay attention to water quality. Rain, as much as we like it, can change the quality of existing pond water. If you have fertile pond with plenty of dissolved minerals, fresh rainwater can change it dramatically in short order. If you are in an area of the state blessed with abundant pine trees, sandy soils, pay attention to pH. Periodic water chemistry analysis may also be a good idea, so you will have a reference point. Other than that, pay attention to your fish's habits. If you have been feeding, notice how they respond. If you don't feed them, cast a bait or two and see if you get a strike. If not, pay even closer attention to your water quality.
Teach a man to grow fish... He can teach to catch fish...
