Todd, said to use corn or just bread balls. Late summer they will boil top of the water, I used some trout flies and caught some.

I've been telling folks that those Tilapia really fight better than a BG. How would you compare them?
I think they are a terrific fighter...worthy fly rod fish.

morning can you guys let me know where to get the tilapia in the north tx area or south oklahoma? i would like to try some i do have what i feel is a low amount of grass, weeds, or moss in my main pond it is about 3.5 acres and i have good bass in it but would like more food for them and some fun trying to catch these blugill competiors on fly or ultra lite spinning gear. thankyou

Bob Lusk, Pond Medics, and Boatcycle are all in North Texas and can get you Tilapia.
