I have a new 35 acre lake that is about 1/2 filled. I am wondering if I should go ahead and lime and fertilize this spring even though in another month, it will still lack about 10 feet from being full. I stocked bullgill, coppernose, and shell fish and few catfish last november. Will stock the lmb around May I guess. I am in south mississippi.

Lime now and fertilize when your water temp is 60-65 degrees. That is a big lake to lime, how many tons was recommended?

Lime..yes. But, know your water chemistry first. Check alkalinity in parts per million. That will tell you how much lime to add.
If you haven't had water analyzed, send a sample to a lab, now.
Fertilize when temps are consistently in the low 60's, if visibility is greater than 24 inches. Don't fertilize muddy water, or water with low alkalinity (less than 20 ppm).
