Brain, you are right the zerk is in the cylinder not the spring housing.The shaft you are looking at in the spring is the bolt that hold it together.Is there a lot of slack in the track,of so unbolt the shaft from ths cylinder pull the idler forward do not pull the idler off of the track frame, the piston is in the cylinder with the seal that is leaking.
