Long time PB member, Cary Martin posted this article on FB about a new rule in PA: https://extension.psu.edu/stocking-...notification-of-fish-and-boat-commissionYou have to file a Notice Of Stocking (NOS) pretty much any time you stock fish now.

In a few weeks, I'll call Zetts and see what they have to say about it.
From the 'light-on-details' article, it seems the private party is the responsible party for submitting the N.O.S. paperwork, and not the fish hatchery.

Sunil, in opening up that link that was in the link above, it's just for flow thru systems.
The open ended part of it is that it doesn't apply to an ornamental pond. No size range given for said "ornamental" pond.

I'll have to look at it again, but I thought it really only excluded ornamental-type ponds.

I'll have to look at it again, but I thought it really only excluded ornamental-type ponds. You are correct, but they don't specify what size an ornamental pond is, In my book it could be any size. They also say that the paperwork has to be filled out, they don't specify that it has to be sent in by "X" date..........
