I tested positive for it. Haven’t been around crowds. Mostly staying around home. Not feeling too bad. Just not real peppy. Doc says 5 or 6 days.

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Lets get well together, Dave. I started feeling bad yesterday after my kids tested positive this past week. It isn't as bad as the first time I contracted it so hopefully 5 days will do it as your doc suggested. My kids recovered pretty quickly over about 3 days.

Mostly sitting on my butt in the AC. We have some major heat coming this week. Up to 110 one day. It’ll get nasty about the time I get released to get out of the house.

Dave,

I was told there are 3 temps in Texas when I moved here. Hot, Dang Hot, and Too Dang Hot. Its definitely the latter of the 3. Yesterday morning and early afternoon were rough for me but I seem to have turned the corner. Hope the worst has already passed for you too.

Doc said it should last about 5 days. I asked about infectious and he said about the same. So, I have a couple more days of sitting on my butt doing nothing. Went out to my shop to find something to do but super high temps ran my butt back into the AC.

I’ve not felt sick, just not well.

I currently have it for the fourth time. Had trouble keeping fever below 100 even with Tylenol for first couple days. Seemed to be getting worse so asked my wife to go ahead and prescribe Paxlovid. That has seemed to help quite a bit. I'm feeling better; but still not too chipper. We're having a bunch of outbreaks in long term care facilities in this area again too. Take care of yourself.
