Put in a new pond two years ago. Little over an acre, over 20' at deep end 15' at shallow with a swimming/beach area.
We have had two pretty dry summers in a row, as of early July I still had around five feet to go for pond to be all the way full and I was tired of waiting. So I searched the internet for ways to fill it, I did have a new well that at the well head hydrant pumps 25+gpm. Read not to neck down the water flow as it would loose gpm every so many feet. So I bought 160' of solid 4" plastic tile and ran it to the pond, there is a six foot drop in grade from hydrant to pond.

After running pretty much full out for a month...it worked! Pond is now full.

I saved the tile for future use if we have very dry summers.
