Pond Boss Forums INTRO Questions & Observations Higher Institute of Pondology video issue

Despite repeatedly playing the Welcome video, I am shut out from further content because I supposedly haven't finished the "previous" video. Yes, I am a paid member.

Anybody else having trouble? What's the issue?

Think I managed to stumble on the problem, got it resolved.

That is something I need to get lined up for.. I know there is a wealth of content there that I sure need to absorb.

I had the same problem until I found that the "blue button" at top right said "complete and continue" when you hovered over it. It would be better is it showed that when you weren't hovering over it. I left and came back the next day before I figured it out. Rather annoying!

Same experience here. Hope this will be fixed, it really is annoying.

Good content on the very first full video on basic pond management. I'd heard most of it before, but always smart to hear reminder that alkalinity is top priority, not pH. Also need for good spawning areas as part of habitat planning.

They must be able to resolve the issue. Also, check if there are any additional requirements or steps to complete the "previous" video. Also, I suggest you take courses on filming (praguefilminstitute.cz). They took my videos to a new level; I hope it helps you too!
