9 yr old pond, 1 ac, 15' deep.
RES, YP, GS, FHM (no longer), HBG (going away), SMB, and HSB (only one seen in 5 yrs) Restocked HSB (2020) Have seen one of these.
I think that's about all I should put in my little pond.

If yall were GIFTED this fish farm... what would you raise?
I think it would be interesting to see if there was a market for BIG bass grown out. Like selling 5+ pounds for a few thousand dollars pick up only (or subcontract delivery so you arent on the hook for dead fish arrival).
Im going to ask a lot of questions, but only because I'm clueless

I'd raise feed trained LMB. It would greatly simplify potential forage issues.

I’d have a YP pond only, but I’d eat up all the profits. Haha!

I would try and raise some hard-to-get species (at least in my area) like blue catfish, lake chubsuckers, bluntnose minnows, chain pickerel, and pumpkinseed sunfish.

For what that darn place will bring, a person would have to raise a bunch of them to pay for the place!
