Happy Thanksgiving to all my Pond Boss family!!! Ditto! We're doing Mexican food this year. I was going to smoke a turkey, but I got outvoted by those who didn't have to spend 2 days cooking.

We did a venison stroganhoff for TG dinner yesterday.
I've got a turkey brining now. It's going into the smoker on Saturday for another TG dinner on Sunday.

What does your Thanksgiving feast mean on the fourth Thursday in November.
Does it replace our Thanksgiving of the second Monday in October.
