Thanks all. It was a crazy day.
We have contracts on our WV property and our NC beach property. Settlement for both is October 25. I finished getting the last of everything at the WV property yesterday. Tomorrow I'm headed to our NC property with my truck and cargo trailer. We are donating almost all of the furnishings, but still have some items to bring back to Virginia.
I kept my tractor and backhoe. My son has property about 15 miles away in WV. I plan to put in two approximately 1/4 acre put-and-take ponds. One will be primarily channel cats, the other will be primarily hybrid bluegill. I will put some HSB and winter trout into the ponds too.
Anyway, all is good. I do miss this group.
