Im in the middle of a pond redo. Just curious of what all ideas are out there for fun things to add. Like I plan on doing 2 telephone poles and a cross beam and putting up rope swing. Before spring is here I would like a good idea of what I what todo.

+1 on the swim platform.

Would also re-do or add on any docks you want. Really nice to do this work before the water comes back up.

Lusk has a zip line

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Lusk- Do you have any pictures of your zipline?

Brettski -- Maybe in my 20's I would have been down for that after some shots. Now that I hit my 40's I'm not as daring.

How about a giant deck-mounted squirt gun in range of the rope swing? Power it with a 2" pump.

My river is powered by 4 HP of two electric pumps feeding a three inch PVC for about a hundred feet and fifteen feet uphill. Lots of water, great flow, but: I now see the potential to feed the current pumps' output into two large Honda powered three inch water pumps, like 10 HP each, each pumping out to its own 3 inch pipe. I hope that would provide sufficient flow that the waterfalls would act as rapids for when someone wants to kayak. Do you think that could work? Or should I plan on renting a forty horse diesel pump for those special occasions?
