I'm wondering why Zep posted a pic of you Carp fishin. lol Bob-O.....true....but i did a lot of carp fishing as a youngster with Wheaties cereal dough-bait on a treble hook...Breakfast of Champions for large carp! ...those were some fun days in the Trinity River bottoms around Dallas....yikes might get killed in those places now!
Fishing has never been about the fish....

Happy Birthday, Dave! I'll always remember the trip with yourself and Al on Richland Chambers lake. Really gave me a chance to get to know you both and it was certainly a pleasure,,,,,,, and an experience . I hope your 75th is a great one with many more to come!

Keith, that was a fun trip. I'm glad you and Fatih got to spend some time with Dave while you were here. Magic 8 Ball says odds of ever meeting anybody else from Muleshoe are very doubtful.

Happy Birthday Dave, from southwestern Colorado, where our beloved GSF are about the most common wild fish!
Several of us are only a few years behind the 3/4 century mark. We need your advice: is it better to eat lots of those green sunnies, or to release them for posterity? Ha ha!
