So it's year three for my pond and I've had some FA move in, Hydrilla take over, and now a Red algae...
So far I have applied a gallon of Mizzen...
https://www.lakerestoration.com/p-82-mizzen.aspx about 2 days ago..but now the pond smells like ammonia and it turned completely red...
Ready to nuke it and start over....any suggestions?

I'm sure no expert, but you might want to take Hurricane Harvey into consideration. If you nuke BOW and then get 10 inches of rain, what would be the impact?

That is likely, at least a large part, the results of the copper application you made - dead cellular material. How is your alkalinity ? I would wait to do anymore as long as your alkalinity is good.
