Anybody have this plant? Will it do well in Indiana? Does it require acidic water?

I have purchased two of the Golden Club plants from Megapondstore and they have transplanted very well in my pond. I am in hardy zone 5 and my pond tends to be a bit more alkaline. They were planted in early July (in 6 to 10" of water) with only a few leaves per plant and now have several. They have not reproduced or flowered yet, but that does not surprise me as they typically bloom in early summer. I think that zone 5 is about as far north as the like and I have not had the PH checked since it was renovated last year. Some sources give them credit for growing in a good range of PH while others specify acid environments. Bottom line is, mine are thriving. Check your hardy zone and try a few out.

This year I bought some arrowhead bulbs from a new (to me) supplier I found on the internet. The bulbs arrived in really good shape and when I planed them they all came up and are doing good. The name of the place is Kester's Wild Game Food Nurseries Inc.

I am not affiliated with them other than buying some plants from them but I did like their prices and the quality of plants that they sent.
