Excerpt from Robert Crais' "The Monkey's Raincoat:" "She took another microscopic bite of her sandwich, then pushed it away. Maybe she absorbed nutrients from her surroundings."

This is for info only - no discussion allowed other than status which the below is - no political commentary allowed.
From the article
" The EPA will publish the proposal in the Federal Register within days, at which point the agency will start accepting comments from the public. After considering the comments and making any necessary changes, the agency can make the repeal final."
Don't let this fool or confuse. There will be a new WOTUS rule. Many are already chiming in and seek about what was there before. Most states want to step in where the US may leave a vacuum. Keep apprised of what is ongoing and send in your thoughts (whatever they are) to EPA.

Another horse has fallen over dead? Sticks at the ready, boys.
"Forget pounds and ounces, I'm figuring displacement!"
If we accept that: MBG(+)FGSF(=)HBG(F1) And we surmise that: BG(>)HBG(F1) while GSF(<)HBG(F1) Would it hold true that: HBG(F1)(+)AM500(x)q.d.(=)1.5lbGRWT? PB answer: It depends.
