2015 was a tough year,
I saw a lot of mistakes being made and tried to help minimize them, to no avail. I made several myself, thankfully, the consequences were lite. I lost three very good friend including George. I almost lost three family members to a high energy accident (thank you pocket protector wearing people). I watched smart people give up and now I am watching them come to realize their mistakes and its consequences.
In short, 2015 was one of the toughest years I have had in a long time.
So to look back and say there was pain and heartache would be a bit of an understatement. I do realize there are people who were handed far tougher cards to play, that is not my point here, just that the cards I was dealt in 2015 were were some of the toughest I have had. In fact, the last three years have been the toughest ones in my life.
So would I have missed them;
Not one chance, I will not miss the dance. I do hope and pray that 2016 offers me a little relief, I hope I have earned a little happier music to dance to.
So here is to 2016, you are a clean slate and I hope to paint you with happy successful colors!!!! Or go down trying.....

Hold your head up guys, 2016 may be a new year for a business man to run things, instead of a community organizer. Can't be any worse. Happy New Year to all. One more thing, 2015, I owe many thanks to people here, From the experienced forum advisers and moderators to Overtons fishery and to the new friends I met at the PBC.

Brian, sorry to hear of your past few years being tough ones, but I would guess what helped you through that is the thoughts, words and deeds of others, just as you have helped others in the same way, even unknowingly.
