Happy Holidays! Thinking really thick Rib Eyes in the Turkey deep fryer as well as some pork tenderloin. Turkey is way over rated, and no one really knows how to cook them, including ME! I have fake hot dogs with canned chili and fake cheese as a backup   Just a couple of my brothers this year, so that's cool!

We are going to fry fish this year for TG. With french fries, fried okra, and hush puppies. My girls are excited about an "alternative" meal this year. Our traditional meals in the past consisted of smoking a hog with all the TG trimmings.
