Was talking with Mike Otto last week and he'd like to give back to this industry by sharing his life's experiences with the right person/people. He has had the privilege to build some fantastic lakes and ponds over the years and has a good lineup of work in front of him. As we brainstormed, we came to the conclusion that there might be some dedicated, hardworking people out there that know some about heavy equipment and would like a career building premier ponds and lakes. Mike has room for a few career-oriented people that he could help launch into this niche of the earthmoving business. I told him I'd post something on the forum for all to see. If anyone is interested in talking with Mike about learning the pond/lake building business, let us know. Post on this thread and/or send an email to info@pondboss.com

What a great opportunity for someone!
"Forget pounds and ounces, I'm figuring displacement!"
If we accept that: MBG(+)FGSF(=)HBG(F1) And we surmise that: BG(>)HBG(F1) while GSF(<)HBG(F1) Would it hold true that: HBG(F1)(+)AM500(x)q.d.(=)1.5lbGRWT? PB answer: It depends.

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Yes it is! 30 years ago... I mean 3, I would have loved this opportunity, and still would but I could not commit to Mike Otto's Master degree program, due to the responsibilities of my other fishy obligations. But I would love to take the one month coarse.! What is the estimated cost per credit hour?
Also curious Mike, any projects coming up in North Dakota again?
Thanks for giving this opportunity! You are going to make some one very talented!
