It's actually an old place - had it for a while, but just moved back. I'm buying my Dad's place next door as well, so that's where I am at. He is staying as well.
Eventually, but just smaller lined ponds. A lot of trees gotta go first and have to spray all the wild berries that have taken over. A whole lot of work ahead, but it sure beats living in the city!

+1 I just moved back to the "country" after 40 years of "city life" all over the world. Finally! "Back Home Again!" It will be worth the effort man! Post some pics as the work progresses!

I think the first order of business is mosquito control! I wish I had the time to go.

I stopped by yesterday for about an hour. A number of people browsing about even tho it was a tad rainy.
Talked to one of their liner guy's and checked out the different liners. Have to say I'm sold on Firestone for my situation. Thought about cheaper stuff, but that just wasn't producing that warm fuzzy feeling.
Picked up a few items, but no fish. Got a heck of a deal on a solar LED light kit.
Kinda fun to just buzz around the place.

They had some Firestone liners on sale for $0.54/sq-ft. Seem to be $0.75/sq-ft normal price. Outside of a place in TN, that seems to be about going price. If you figure shipping -vs- pickup, it's reasonable.
