Well my son and his friend went to my Lost Valley Lake first time for an official fishing trip since it was built and stocked 3 years ago.

They caught 19 bluegill and 3 bass. Sounds like they had fun. They also got to see a hen in main food plot and two deer in saddle food plot when they first got their.

I think they have grown and done well in 3 years. What is your opinion?

Did you stock HBG? I wonder if they will provide enough forage for your predators. Do you feed this pond?

"Forget pounds and ounces, I'm figuring displacement!"

If we accept that: MBG(+)FGSF(=)HBG(F1)
And we surmise that: BG(>)HBG(F1) while GSF(<)HBG(F1)
Would it hold true that: HBG(F1)(+)AM500(x)q.d.(=)1.5lbGRWT?
PB answer: It depends.

Yes, by mistake from supplier, but followed up with straight bluegill within a few days. So I actually have both.

No I do not. I am going to attempt to dig a hole to put in a pipe to make a swivel arm and if I get that done then will have an automatic 30 gallon feeder.

But that is a wait and see thing.

If you feed you can't imagine how fast they grow
Can you explain the color of the bluegills in pix?

They where in ice/water over night since I was out of town and could not get to them. I am using them for trapping bait this fall, so they are now on salt.
