I have a couple of pieces of corrugated plastic culvert pipe 16" diameter and about 10' long. Hate to throw it out. It should make good fish habitat. I could just weight it down and throw it in but was hoping for some more creative ideas.

I cut 4-8' sticks of various sized scrap PVC into 1-3' sections and use as condos for big panfish, ambush points for predator fish [SMB/LMB, CP], spawning habitat for FHM and BNM, etc. Very versatile and easy to use. Let your imagination run wild!
