how do i remove this non poisonous snake from my pond with out hurting it oi killing it? is relocation a good idea?....i'm willing to catch by hand (it is per furred) so it doesn't eat any more of my fish or frogs, but how?

Relocating reptiles is generally illegal to stop the spread of disease. You might want to just enjoy it.
