what size BG would a 10-12lb CC eat?

So, a 12# CC would be aprox 29", with mouth gape at 15% for a male equals 4.25".
By that, seems like it could suck in a BG 4.25" tall. Now you need to find a chart for Bg size comparison of height to length. To my inexperienced mind of proportions, it would seem like it could swallow a BG 7" or less in length. Make sense??? We'll wait and see if the guru's can help you out in time....

I think if left get big enough, they would do a number on them. It might even be a way to control BG numbers, but then what do you do to get them out of there when they get too big and start eating the prize BGs. They get very hook shy.

that's what I am thinking I have got most of them out still got a few I think I will turn the feeder off next week for a couple days and then fish for them
