Anyone having Problems with these feeders??. I just bought two from Greg...one doesn't work as the discharge wheel won't spin....I agree with some of the other posts about wire holes need to be sealed and bottom will have to be watched...things I can do but shouldn't have to...But while I don't mind paying for a good product...I don't appreciate having to spend my valuable time fixing and shipping back and waiting on parts etc..not to mention no one to call on weekends when you need to troubleshoot....Sounds like these units need a quality control update at the plant..

This is extreemly disappointing, especially for a brand new feeder. I sold about 20 in the last few weeks and have not heard about any problems with them. I always answer my calls even on weekends, so try me if you like. Let me know if anything else you need me to do. I'm here working on electroshock reports right now.

Kredmann, understand the problem, you buy something and it does not work. If anybody cares about their customer it is Greg, he will make it right. Just give him a chance.

Sorry, I just saw this post and would like to add my experience to save someone else some time. I have an AquaPro 75 pound and an AquaPro 200 pound feeder. I have had no problems with the 75 pound unit. The 200 pound unit kept blowing the 7.5 amp fuse, but a quick call to Aquapro and a 10 amp fuse solved the issue.
The other issue was the feed quit spitting out. Looking at the bottom of the feeder, I noticed two chewed up wires sticking out the drain hole. Not sure what they call it, but the bottom motor, for the vertical spinning plate, had it's wires disconnected and pulled loose. A Racoon had reached in the bottom drain hole and assisted me on reducing my feed costs.
After pulling off the bottom cover, I bought a couple of 16 ga. male connectors, crimped them on what are still long wires, then duct taped the wires up to the bottom of the feed pan, the same as the wires for the top motor are, already. 3 months later, and still no further issues. I've even watched the 'Coons reaching in, with no adverse affects. I am thinking about putting a piece of sheet metal under the feeder, at an angle into the water to get fewer pellets on the shore for the Coons to eat. It's very little, but enough to entice the Coons and stray cats.
--Kevin Mc It's not about the stomach. It's about the fish. Take care of the fish and the stomach will be fine.

Big Mac,
Thanks for this information. I have not had this come up with any of my customers, but it's good to know that there is an easy fix.

Big Mac thanks for that advice. To all those with 200 (fatcats) turn the speed to low and get a 10 amp fuse. Unfourtanently there has been issues with blown fuses. This should solve the problem.
