Is there any problems with using green PVC intended for sewer pipe as a material to create structure? Thanks

Not that I know of. It was recently mentioned that some sewer pipe has an algaecide mixed in with it to prevent mildews, thus preventing a beneficial film to grow on it. However, I have used it and never had problems. If your worried, you could scuff it with coarse sandpaper.
