Been at the new house for a bit now...Have been feeding daily and fishing enough to get a feel..

I guess my question is what percentage of my fish am I seeing?..I know I have caught bigger fish than I am seeing while feeding...I see a couple of bigger BG dart up and dive back down, but they just dont hang out at the surface like the 4-6 inchers and smaller...Still not seeing any CC but I know there are some in there...The LMB I added are doing well and see them regularly..Guessing the FHM all became dinner for something because have not seen them since the first couple of days I put them in?...

Water clarity is as good as it have been since moving in..I would guess 18-24 inches and still have a good bloom going...The water is just now back to what I consider normal and the FA is not out of control...Will probably have to spray Cutrine again in the next week only because my wife wants to keep the neighbors happy...

Depending on their level of feed training, from watching fish in my pond, and thinking that I know what's really there, in my pond I'd bet that I'm not seeing even 50% of the fish. (and probably closer to 30%)

The range has to vary depending on size, clarity, if you feed at one spot, etc., but I would think it is very much less than 50%.

This is what I see when walking out on the dock...This was after feeding and a few were still just hanging around...

Yeah my bigger BG and HSB dont show themselves till right at feeding time and even then I still catch fish on the other side of the pond not even close to my feeder. So I bet the guys are right when they say 30 to 40 percent give or take.

I haven't seen a bass in my pond in I don't know how long then just the other day I had 2 lurking around the feeder and caught 2 other ones. I thought for a second they were gone or died but they are still there.

Plus remember I think Eric said BG can spawn up to 30,000 eggs a season so you know you got a LOT more out there then what your seeing.

The only difference between a rut and a Grave is the depth. So get up get out of that rut and get moving!! Time to work!!
