Hard to fathom : "Texas is one of the fastest-growing states in the country. State officials say it will need an additional 8.3 million acre-feet of water by 2060, when its population is expected to surpass 46 million, up from 25 million now."

Sounds like water use conflict on the horizon!
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

Sounds like water use conflict on the horizon! Ha!!! That conflict is already here, and rapidly escalating. As for what's on the horizon, I'm investing in desalinization technologies - and Smith & Wesson.

Kelly, check out the IWI Tavor. You'd be suprised at how well it works. I went thru one for a friend, lightened the trigger, etc. It works VERY well! The trigger is still heavier than I like, but for what it's purpose is, it's a great design. http://www.gunsamerica.com/blog/israel-weapon-industries-iwi-tavor-bullpup-rifle-shot-show-2013/
