I have a pond that is a drainnage off of a field which is stocked with crappie and bluegill as well as a few warmouths but all of the fish are small 4 to 6 inches i also noticed a bass swimming around the other day maybe 10 inches. What can i do to make the fish grow bigger.. i love bass fishing and would love to have some decent 2 pounders in the pond.

See my reply to this exact same question in "creating the food chain". I'll lock this so people aren't duplicating answers, and you won't have to visit two different places to see your answers.
