Fountains and surface splashers tend to have more maintenance issues and repairs due the hard work the motor does having to move and lift water that is heavy compared to movig air which is light. The diffusers on the bottom bubbler are questionable to me because they appear to be fine porus black hose which tend to clog quicker than membrane bubblers. Verrify the type of diffuer materials before buying.
