This is the pond at the town house complex I currently live at while the house is being built at the farm. Does this look like someone put something in the water or does it appear to be natural. In the past I have noticed a muddier green but nothing this bright.

Looks like dye that hasn't completely mixed in completely. Like they just put it in before the picture was taken.
