The volume of a cone with a radius of 100 feet and height of 25 ft is: 261,799.3877991494 cu ft = 9,696.27362 cu yd
Just a rough estimate, not taking flat bottom and 3:1 slope into account. (sorry at work and don't have a lot of time)

For a 200x200 pond with 3-1 slope 25 feet deep. So is that like having a 125x125 ft pond with straight walls? If it is then you get just under 15000 yds.

If it is 25 ft deep and 3 run for every rise and a perfect circle 100 ft in radius the sloping sides will be 75 ft of run and 25 ft of rise with a 25 ft diameter flat bottom.
25+ 8.33 = 33.33 height 100 radius 349030.9438 cone volume 25/3 = 8.33 height 25 radius 5451.972251 cone volume 349030.9438 - 5451.972251 343578.9716 cuft 12725.1471 cuyd
found some more time... and I was bored.
Note: This is if the pond is round. If your pond is square, the above 125x125x25 is a good estimate of 14,468 cu yd.
