The other half was walking around the pond when I heard "oh my gosh". Went to investigate and she was looking at all the tiny minnows everywhere not much more than 2 eyes and a wiggle but glad to see that the spawn is going good this year.

Bob :
You bring good news . As of last weekend in our ponds in cent. Miss. we still had a few late bass spawning and the BG/RE were just getting started well. This is a late start for us , resulting from a cold spring . I hope by this weekend to have the same results as you. Thanks--ewest

I have baby fatheads everywhere. They are around the entire shoreline, and even out in the middle. Bass fingerlings from the state should be here the first week of June and it looks like they will have plenty to eat.
