I have just dug a pond and have been looking for the best type of aeration system for it. I found one of these BIG MAX Aerators for a pretty good deal, but didnt know if i would get what i paid for. any input would be great!

It is on the lower end of aeration from what I know about the brand. If you are serious about getting aeration, spring for the Vertex systems from Ted Lea at ForeverGreen in Waynesfield Ohio. You will get far superior disc diffusers (the heart of the system) and far better, larger diameter self-weighted hose. Heck everything about Vertex is way better that the most systems.

He often has a banner ad at the top of the page, but here it is. Ted is a huge forum supporter and a truly great guy!
