I hope some of you folks that need the rain are getting it. It's been coming down for three days now and more on the way (thank you Texas), very unusual for South, Kansas in July….I'm not complaining, the lawn, garden and pond need every drop.

Not here in northern Indiana. Hot and dry as a bone although we had our share of rain up until now.
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

My pond has dropped a foot, and running 25 gpm or so into the pond for 20 hrs/day (give or take) only keeps up with the losses and maybe gains 1/4".
The grass is turning blue and brittle.
