I have 200 acres and don't know where to start to select a house site and pond design. Where do I find someone to survey and help me design. I don't know where to start.

3oaks, see my other post in response to your question about a dirt guy. I would guess most of them will know a reputable surveyor as well. Do you have any pictures of your place? We like pictures!

First find a topo map of your property (there are numerous free sites on the internet where you can find them) and post it here. From that we should be able to determine which areas of your place are best suited for pond construction terain-wise. Then on to step 2.
