Well, I've decided to get out of the snow for a long weekend and make my way down to Texas for the last weekend of duck hunting. (Jan 16th - 17th). George and I will be getting together for lunch on Sat the 16th in Sulphur Springs. Anybody else want to join the party?

Ducks have been good on Cooper Lake this year just north of Sulphur Springs. My property boarders Cooper Lake State Park.
I don't duck hunt but they land in my pond occasionally.

Please let me know if there is anything I can help you with on your trip to Sulphur Springs.

Thanks Pondrookie. I'll let you know if I need anything. We'll be hunting on his property. He said that he's been having good luck this year - the ducks are moving pretty well.
