I agree that they need to sever the link between the Great Lakes Basin and the Mississippi River via the canal and stop this electrical fence that they are pretty sure has been breached already. Just my nickels worth anyway... http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2009-11-30-asian-carp_N.htm
