Yes in a sense. We have talked about it here before. Very interesting however.
Considering how many storm drains run into sewage systems in the this country and when there is a heavy rainfall the sewer overflows to the nearest river I'm surprising it's not worse. When I can see toilet paper in a nearby river I think I'll pass on fishing it.
