I thought Bill's final piece on his SMB series was fantastic. For those of us managing SMB those articles are gold!
I also liked being quoted and NOT photographed at the conference. Little did I know at the time, but I apparently walked through most of the conference with an unflattering sign taped to my back. I strongly suspect the work of Sock Puppet.
