Ordered an economical aeration system from them for my 1/8 acre pond. Was told it would ship within 24 hours. Did not ship until 8 days after I placed order despite being told a couple of times that it was on its way. Price was good and product was as described. Just dissapointed in the slow ship.

It's interesting to see how different businesses shipping practices work. We have ordered quite a bit of stuff over the internet and some things arrive so fast it's amazing, other items could have been brought to us via mule team and would have arrived here sooner. Fortunately I don't believe that "Underwater Warehouse" is a Pond Boss vendor. For what it's worth, every Pond Boss vendor I've ever ordered from has provided terrific service.
Oh and please keep us up to date on how your pond does with the new aeration system Gary.
