OP GaryTexas Lunker G Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 79 Colleyville, TX	Just an update on my pond in North Texas. Typical bass / bluegill pond, with crappie as a bonus fish. I started feeding for the first time last June, because I was not satisfied with the growth rate of the fish. Man, am I pleased with the health of the fish since I started the feeding program. Bass and bluegill have taken to the feed. Relative weights are definitely higher now. I used to have skinny fish, now all of them seem much fatter. Bluegill have really taken off since the feeding began last year. We caught several this weekend that were comparable to this one.... I wish I had started feeding back in 2006 when the pond filled for the first time... I might even have had some Condello sized fish by now!
