Thursday morning I am headed up to Northern Illinois to film an ice fishing show with Dave Genz, Don Dziedna, and a few other guys! We will be fishing on a private lake for bass, bluegill, crappie and perch.
I am so excited, I won't be able to sleep much tonight! I will definitely let the world know when the show will air on TV. Hopefully I can first remember my name, and second catch a fish!

For our southern members, Dave Genz is FAMOUS for his ice fishing knowledge, especially for bluegills. This is a big deal for Nate, I would judge.

Wish I could've been a "fly on the wall" there with you, Nate. Too bad about the film crew not being able to do their job, with the weather  . I am surprised that you didn't take video yourself, heck, I bet you wish you brought your tape recorder. Any chance MR. Genz might come back to our neck of the woods,(next year) to try again? He (Dave Genz) really is an ice-fishing demi-god. Anyways, congrads on your most recent project, your a pretty fortunate fella!

Our camera batteries died after 5 minutes of being out in the cold.
Rumor has it that Dave might be looking to promote some of his products in Central Illinois again next season. He has a whole bunch of new products coming out in '09.
