Well folks, I got good news and I got bad news. The bad news...our great friend Ray Scott has been ordered to house arrest by his doctor. Seems Ray has a lingering bug that's been with him almost a month and it's on the verge of pnuemonia. Doctor has ordered him home for at least two weeks.
I got an email from his right hand man, Jim Kientz, last evening with the news.
As you probably know, next Monday is Monday Night Live on RFD-TV, about pond management and feeding fish. It was to be Ray, Mark Griffin and I. Ray had to cancel.
So, I picked up the phone and called Mark Griffin to let him know. Silence. Hmmm....what to do? Mark asked about Bruce, since Bruce is a landowner, feeds fish, grows giant bluegill and has studied Aquamax in depth. Made good sense to me.
So, I hung up from Mark and called Bruce to see if he was available. He thought he could juggle his schedule and pull it off.
Just minutes ago, Bruce confirmed. He will be the third guy on our panel, live from Nashville, Tennessee.
Tune in to RFD-TV Monday night at 7 pm Central time. I'll post the phone number for those of you who wish to call in. (As soon as I find it.)

I'm sorry to hear about Ray, but congrats Bruce!!!
Bruce deserves all the recognition he can get.

Ray always wears a hat, why not Bruce? The fact that Bruce is so comfortable and looks so cute in Pink shouldn't influence how we feel about him.

I'm only comfortable in my pink hat when JHAP is around. That's because you know I've got your back. You have to watch all of these other pond meisters, always sneaking up on you. Congratulations my friend, I am very happy for you. Oh and can someone please tape this and offer it for sale on the blackmarket or something. I'd like to see some of these shows and I don't get that channel in our area.

This is going to be awesome. I need to find a neighbor that has the channel and will allow me into their home. Bob couldn't have picked a better replacement. Congrats, Bruce.

BTW, Bruce, I know this great acting coach. She's been around for quite a while. She coached the Brady Bunch when they had a shot at acting in the Safe laundry detergent commercial.
