I priced fish food the other day and decided it would be necessary for me to bite the bullet and buy fish food that was more economical. 32 % grow-big floater from Land of Lakes was a little more economical. Crude protein min. 32%,crude fat min. 4%, crude fiber max. 7%, phosphorus min. 0.70%,moisture max. 12%. I realize this is not the better feed but I needed to do something to reduce the cost.

You didnt mention the price.Im feeding 36% fingerling food and it cost 17.50 for a 40 lb bag.

Just paid $18.95 for 50# Purina GFC. About what it was 6 months ago.
