As the wind blows like a hurricane here in north Texas today and temperatures are in the 30’s the last of my Tilapia are floating up on the bank.

I scared 2 Caracara off of this one and a Eagle was on the other side of the pond cleaning up another one.

It's amazing to me that you get birds from Mexico up there.

I was premature calling the last of my Tilapia 2 weeks ago.

Hope my threadfin shad make it this winter. The Great Freeze took them out last year.

We went through that freeze also…… seeing fish schooling on surface not sure what they are…..shiners maybe…. Anybody have a clue?
