Anyone what to go halvsies? 2400 acre lake on a 5000 acre property.

This use to be a power plant lake here in Texas before all the new coal regulations shut it down.

That would make an awesome little second home for when I retire, of course when my ship comes in. If its still available at that point in time I would definitely be interested. I wish,,, now I gotta go see what the wife thinks about this.

They didn't show the price. Is it one of those deals where If you have to ask...you can't afford it??

The "buy it now" price is $110,550,000.

I bet you could get them below $100,000,000 if you offered all cash to close on Friday!

You'd have to hire a small mercenary force just to keep the poachers out. lol

Hence the title "Lake Pond Boss"!

Can you think of a more capable force of ruthless mercenaries to handle the poachers than the Pond Boss commentariat?
