Excellent. I'm sure it is a real relief, but also a time for looking inward. The rest of your life can now begin! Best of luck.

I'm home brewing a few good ones.

It shall be the gift that keeps on giving.

Caption-Randall: 'OK, finally the boy graduates......but is he really out of my pocket yet??.......I hope he doesn't think he's moving back into the house........why did I ever agree to fund his Fisheries thing???......didn't some guy say he'd hire the boy at Pond Boss II??...Grimes I think it was...'

Randall: When he gets a job, I get a raise. I think I'll saw off his end of the table and rent out the bedroom.
Posted By: Sunil Re: The progression of a young man... - 05/17/11 02:18 PM
Randall: 'Does this mean the boy's going to pay for his own car insurance now????'

Oops missed the boat. I've been kinda busy the last few days.

Besides I think a little decorum is called for in this situation.

First off congratulations Chris! You have achieved a major milestone in your life and this will pave the way to your future.

Mom and Dad Youngblood look proud and they should be. I had the pleasure of meeting Randall and the PB2 conference. Great guy, and IIRC he had some funny stories about running the large tractor while digging their pond(s?).

Go forth and prosper Youngblood, the world is your Phylum Mollusca.

We're way past that.

Brettski,

If I don't get a job soon I'm going to be running that dozer full time down at our property.
Posted By: Dwight Re: The progression of a young man... - 05/18/11 12:45 AM
Chris - I have always wanted to run a dozer. Call me if you need some time off! How big a dozer are we talking here?
Posted By: Chris Steelman Re: The progression of a young man... - 05/18/11 01:11 AM
77 hp engine and 17,000 lbs.

Posted By: Sunil Re: The progression of a young man... - 05/18/11 01:31 AM
Dwight, couldn't you use some help up there? Blood probably couldn't make it through the winter, but, oh well...
Posted By: esshup Re: The progression of a young man... - 05/18/11 01:41 AM
Doesn't Dwight need a catpoke or is that a catboy?
Posted By: Todd3138 Re: The progression of a young man... - 05/18/11 01:56 AM
Hey, Chris, congrats, man! Been away a little while and all the good stuff appears to happen when I'm offline!
