I had to give two spankins this morning to my wonderful children and am leaving for Springfield to take real estate licensing final exams in a few minutes. Wont be home til 6 pm. Had a crazy busy week and am hosting a fundraising dinner for 300 people tomorrow which I coordinated in my spare time and am not prepared all the way for yet....Hate to say it, but will be glad when this day and weekend is over.

I passed my final test and now am a land specialist for Illinois Land Company. Even got done and home early! There is a master plan for Herman Brothers Featured Properties but thats a couple years down the road. For now its just capitilizing on already matching up tons of buyers and sellers for lakes and land for many people in the area.

Feeling much better, now its time to celebrate!

What did you learn? Real Property law ? Find a good property attorney. If you deal in land matters you will need one.

Yep, we have a good attorney who specializes in real estate sales. Its also nice he happens to be my uncle!

If your down here working and need some help PLEASE CALL ME I WILL HELP YOU WORK FOR FREE. All the help youve gave me the least i could do for you is some manual labor. I just turned 29 in january and i have to say my life has really turned around in the last 4 yrs (oldest kid is 4 coincedence i think not lol). Keep up the good work and your a well respected pondmeister and i can imagine your an excellent dad both things i thrive to do my best at..

Hope it was a good one. Way to go on the final and pulling off the fundraiser.

The fundraiser isnt pulled off yet. Today I have the whole day dedicated to getting er all done by the time guests start arriving at 5:30 pm. Most people have all this stuff planned out months in a advance. With the help of my family all day today we will whip this thing together in a matter of hours and hopefully have an hour to spare to change clothes! Gonna be interesting, cross your fingers....
